PETITION addressed to the District Prefect

All the villages of Vlora’s river affected by the HPP projects: Brataj, Lepenice, Gjorm, Gumenice, Kote, Lapardha, Vodice, Mavrove, Drashovice, are AGAINST the HPP constructions!
According to the survey including 602 residents above age of 18 in 9 villages conclude:

19 people or 3.2% are in favor of the HPP constructions.
583 people or 96.8% are against the HPP constructions.

The villages’ heads gathered to worthily represent their residents and signed a PETITION addressed to the District Prefect Mr. Flamur Mamaj and the prime minister Mr. Edi Rama.
